Prayer Works
So much has been written and spoken about prayer that one could be forgiven for thinking prayer is complicated. It's not. Prayer is about communicating with God with or without words. Listening, asking, waiting, alone, with others, and believing that God is near and God delighting that we would want to be in touch. God answers our prayers in a variety of ways; always with our welfare at heart. Praying Together
Many people do not know what to pray or how to pray. They may value others praying with them. For that reason St Hilda's operates a prayer chain. By using the Prayer Request form here your request will be confidentially shared among a group of people who have experience praying and who will join you as you offer your prayer. If, after a period of prayer, you would like to report back what happened as a result of praying, please use the form again and submit your report. Privacy statement: We collect your prayer request information - we only keep this for a week and then it is destroyed. We do not share this information with other individuals or organisations. If you have concerns about the way we manage your personal information, then please contact us. |
